The Sun's Deed

A sunny day with a lush green hill sloping upwards under a clear blue sky with scattered white clouds. Peaceful and serene mood.

I search for my own way out,

I search for an opening out of this hole

I search for the ray that will show me the way.

And when I find my way out of the pitiless hole-

The Sun greets me with warmth.

Shielding me from the night, protecting me from the cold.

The Sun shall guide my path.

I start to notice how the cloud slowly moves-

I enjoy it.

I can feel deeper than I have ever felt in years-

I enjoy it.

I now feel things I could never before.

I now see things that I forgot about in that deep hole.

I finally see the one who comes to see me to bed.

The one who awaits for me in my slumber.

How I’ve missed the feeling of warmth while I’m awake.

How I’ve missed the feeling of joy when the Sun comes.

I don’t hide myself anymore behind the stolen light.

I’ve awoken with a new emotion, the emotion of joy given by my Sun.

Description:

“The Sun’s Deed” can be taken any way the reader wants. However, its primary meaning is change: How do we change when we have a rough patch into a good one? It doesn’t matter whether it’s a past event that someone still holds on to or if it’s a current event. Change will happen. It focuses on the change of spirit. The Sun represents joy and warmth, while the Moon represents darkness and loneliness. The Sun is used to guide others and bring warmth to people, just like the feeling of joy. The Moon is calm and isolated and doesn’t shine by itself. It requires the Sun to do so. This describes a person at their worst. We must learn to move from a Moon to a

Sun to increase our happiness.
