The scent of rain gracing the soil,

The soothing sound of water as it falls,

The foggy view from the huge glass window,

The taste of a warm cup of tea, a testament;

The cool and cozy feeling of a rainy day.

But oh, don't be so gullible.

The freezing air, so hard to breathe,

The loud, disturbing rumbles of thunder,

The terrifying view of distant lightning,

The piercing taste of ice on your tongue;

The dark and gloomy feeling of a rainy day.

Descriptions:

“Rainy Days” portrays the opposing perspectives of a rainy day. Some see rainy days to be nice and cozy while others loathe them and are startled by them. It also tells us about how differently others view life and how it is for us. Things may be good for us, but sometimes others are going through it. We may be having dark days while others are having bright nights. Such is life. We are all different, we progress differently.
